I know it has been a long time, and a ton has transpired since my last post. Number one I have to give a shout out to my niece Scarlett. She is not completely new to the world, but is very new to me each and every day. Small children are great. They teach us the inevitable lesson that tomorrow is a new day. Children don't care if yesterday was bad, or what tomorrow will bring. All they care about is what is happening today. Although this is something that is very easy to see, it is something that is very hard to live by. Thank you Scarlett for being smarter than a 25 year old.
Well I hope all has been well for everyone. I have had a lot going on with life and work. I know this is a very generic excuse, but very true in this instance. Just wanted to get that out in the open.
The coming months . . . . .
Right now I have one main focus, my mission trip to American Samoa. I can't wait to get on that island, and see if anything has changed since my last visit. Our group has changed a ton since last year, so I am interested in seeing the difference in our group as a whole.
Other than that, I pretty much have to go to and am in a couple of weddings, family time and church. Might sound boring, but trust me it is a blessing to wake up everyday and see what that day may bring.
